In the "Your message" field, you may add a note to your application. Please only include information relevant to your application. We particularly ask you not to include sensitive data (as defined in Article 9 GDPR) about yourself or third parties (e.g., health data, political opinions, or religious beliefs).

Your application documents will only be shared internally with responsible employees and departments at CJ Design who are involved in the selection process.

4. Data Retention Period

We store personal data collected during your application for the duration of the application process. If your application is unsuccessful, your data will be deleted no later than six months after the conclusion of the selection process, unless you have explicitly consented to longer retention.
